Elke Buße from DFDS Germany to retire

After 20 proud years at DFDS, Elke Buße has decided to retire. She began her career with DFDS on 15 March 1999, and her last day at work will be 10 May 2019. Her colleagues will have to say goodbye on 9 May, however, as Elke will be taking part in a customer event in Hamburg on her last working day: what amazing dedication!

After joining DFDS, Elke first worked within the agency for many years, then moved into accounts, and since 2014 she has been working in Sales & Customer Service.

Nelli Nolde says: “We will certainly miss Elke. She is a reliable, accurate and helpful colleague who is always happy to help and assist with new ideas and to offer a critical point of view.
In her well-deserved retirement, Elke plans to leave Cuxhaven to spend more time with her family and particularly her two granddaughters. We are pretty sure she is not going to get bored! We wish her all the best, a great time and good health, and it goes without saying that she is always welcome to come and visit and enjoy a nice cup of “chai tea”.”

Note from the editors
