The Danish Region Syd has become a red region for travels to Norway in addition to he Central Jutland and Capital region. This means that travelers from those regions will need to quarantine for 10 days upon arrival in Norway.
However, Quarantine rules do not apply to people living in or travelling to and from Zealand and Northern Jutland Regions.
It is also important to note that, according to Norwegian rules, it is possible to drive your own vehicle through a ‘red’ area on the way to Norway, without this entailing quarantine. This is on the condition that you do not spend the night in a red area, that you practice good hand hygiene throughout the journey and that you keep your distance if you have to stop.
It is equally important to know that there are alternatives to quarantine for business travvellers. Read more here.
